The finned evaporator is a very important part of the refrigerator's four major components. The low-temperature condensed "liquid" exchanges heat with the outside air through the evaporator, and "gas" absorbs heat to achieve the effect of refrigeration. The evaporator is divided into two types: circulation type and membrane type-mainly composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The steam generated in the heating chamber carries a lot of liquid foam. After reaching the evaporation chamber in a larger space, these liquids are borrowed. The function of self-condensation or demister can be separated from steam. Usually the demister is located at the top of the evaporation chamber.
